I shop at the Angola ny location and last week they told me that they don't accept printable coupons? Can you confirm this?

I do not shop there because it is 1/2 hour away but their coupon policy says they accept up to 3 interent coupons per day. You can view their entire coupon policy here
Here is the section on Internet coupons: Coupon Policy Print at home internet coupons "FREE" or "Buy One Get One FREE" offers are not accepted. Coupons with a value greater than $3.00 are not accepted. Internet coupons cannot be doubled. Maximum of (3) coupons can be redeemed per day. We reserve the right to refuse any coupons that we believe to be photo copied, counterfeit or invalid for any other reason. Coupons must be obtained from a legitimate web site. Examples include, but are not limited to, couponsuzy.com; redplum.com; coupons.com. Redemption will be subject to manufacturer's policies. For example: Proctor & Gamble does not accept printed internet coupons. See Customer Service Desk for more details.
My suggestion would be to print out the coupon policy from their website and take it into the store or call customer service and ask them why the internet says they will take up to 3 internet coupons and the cashiers are telling you they do not take them. It is very possible the cashiers are following the previous stores-Jubilee- policy which did not take them. They may not even realize that Shop n Save's policy on the web says that shoppers can redeem over $3
