I am not a vegetarian but I do find myself eating less and less red meat as I get older. Vegetables just seem to taste better to me!

I have not read this book but am quite intrigued due to the humor that the book mentions it has regarding being a Vegetarian.

I remember the Everybody Loves Raymond episode where Ray's mom makes tofurkey, it was hilarious. The book sounds funny too!
