Affluent Consumers Clip Coupons. Poor People? Not So

This article explains new statistics out there about using coupons. Educated people and people with money  are using coupons not because they have to but because  why spend more when you don't have to??? If you can save on things you need to buy everyday, then there is more left over for the wants and the fun things in life!!!
