You can simply grab your 10ml glass roller bottle and roll your combo on rather than hunting around for each one of your oils to make a recipe blend each time you want to use it! Making essential oil roller blends also promotes essential oil safety by diluting your oils properly with your favorite carrier oil for everyday use. You can play with the dilution ratio listed in the below examples to make your essential oil roller blends stronger or weaker. What kind of essential oils: Quality Matters

What are the best essential oils to use? With essential oils, you get what you pay for. Currently, there are no standards for essential oils. If you are just picking up different essential oils at the grocery store or the health food store, there is no way to know how pure or potent that oil is, if it is a real essential oil or just fragranced oil. In order to reap the benefits of natural remedies (ex. for seasonal allergies, sore muscles, immune system), I only use Young Living Oils because of their Seed to Seal standard. When applying oils to your skin, they are almost immediately absorbed into your system and I will not apply oils that I do not know how they are growing, harvesting and testing their oils. Just because you see a label that says pure, if there isnt there is a standard for them, then there is no telling what is in them and where they came from. I do not want to be putting unknown toxins/chemicals/fragrances/dyes onto my skin and into my system. You can purchase any of the Young Living Oils from my Love Oily Life website here. Free Shipping and 24% discount if you spend over 100 PV (this will be calculated in your cart before checkout).

Where to get bottles and rollers?

The best value on 10ml roller bottles I have used are directly from Got Oil Supplies here. They are less than $1 per bottle and they have steel roller balls instead of plastic. There are different kinds on Amazon here but be careful as many of them leak or the roller ball pops out. What kind of Carrier Oil to Use:

My favorite carrier oil for rollers is fractionated coconut oil. Other good choices are organic jojoba oil or grapeseed oil. There is a great 5 pack combo kit here that gives you Coconut oil, Castor Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Almond Oil, Avocado Oil for one price. The carrier oil dilutes the strength of your essential ols. When using Young Living oils, they are very potent and strong. You do not need to apply them NEAT (full strength without a carrier) to receive their natural benefits. The carrier oil also allows you to you less of your essential oils without losing the natural benefits.

Where to Roll on your oils on your body

Ok so now you have made your oil bottles and you are ready to use them on your body. The most popular places to roll your oils on are the bottoms of feet, on bug bites, on pulse points (wrist or over heart), back of neck, and affected area (such as knees, tension points etc). Never ever put oils near your eyes or inside your ears. If you get essential oils in your eye, flush your eye with carrier oil. Water will not help.
