Product Testing, how does it work?
1. We select our testers following two basic rules:
• You must meet the criteria outlined by our brand partner
• You have priority if you are active on the Community (if you regularly answer surveys and if you create content on toluna.com)
2. If you are one of our happy testers, we will inform you by email
3. You will then receive the product to be tested
4. Approximately 2 weeks later, we will send you an email to gather your opinion. We also encourage you to share your feedback and pictures of the product on our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram). Your feedback will also be rewarded.
In order to continue to be selected for future product testing, you must have given your feedback on the product that you received.
