My husband paid for the year subscription twice. I should have the magazine delivered until after July or Aug. of 2012. However my magazine came with a renewal this month. Why??

Hi Doris,
You need to contact All You directly or Amazon if that is where it was purchased. I do not know if they automatically enter a second subscription at the end of the first subscription. Sometimes they would treat a second subscription as separate and ship 2 magazines per month. Sorry I couldn’t help you more!
I would like to speak to someone about my subscription. I paid for a 2 year subscription 1/2/10, and then 12/10 I got a renewal notice that it was my last magazine and needed to renew. So I did another 2 year. Well, according to my records I just found, I shouldn’t have had to renew in December….so I am very disappointed in the push to renew when one doesn’t need to yet. So I would like to have a phone number to call and speak to someone about this. Thank you
