Easy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
This easy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip is a staple in my house and is always requested by friends for parties! It's always best when I have a couple of leftover chicken breasts from a previous dinner, but canned chicken will also work!

  1. Cut & Shred Chicken Breast if using left over fresh chicken. You can always cook a few chicken breasts if none left over. Add 15 minutes to prep time.
  2. Add cream cheese, sour cream and chicken to crockpot. Mix together to blend into cream cheese
  3. Add hot sauce. Mix
  4. Add blue cheese and shredded cheese. I always rinse the blue cheese bottle with a little water to get all of it in recipe and to also give more liquid to recipe.
  5. Throughly mix all together.
  6. Cook on low in crockpot for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours
  7. Periodically stir throughout cook time
