Here are the Details of the Tops Free for All Gigantic Grocery Giveaway.

SHOP:

Each time you shop with your Tops Bonus Plus Card, you will earn a Peal & Reveal Ticket with a surprise amount of Golden Anniversary Points  through December 29th. The store cashiers are being trained to give you your Peel & Reveal Ticket while they are cashing you out. Make sure to give the cashier back the half of the ticket that has your points on it so your points will be added to card immediately AND you will gain an entry for that weeks Grocery Giveaway of the week. Each week someone will win a YEAR’s WORTH OF FREE GROCERYS, over $5000 value. There are 12 weeks of the promotion and 12 Giveaways! The other half of the ticket is supposed to also have coupons for Tops Brand items, similar to the Monopoly tickets

Plus when you shop , you earn points on specially marked purchases. Your points total will be at the bottom of your Tops Receipt or you can look them up Tops Markets.com/FreeForAll

LIMITS:
Limit one ticket per household every six hours, maximum two tickets per household per day. Purchases that consist solely of alcohol, tobacco, gift cards, milk and certain milk related products (in PA only) or office services and purchases made at TOPS’ fuel stations, convenience stores or in-store Tim Hortons franchise locations are not eligible. Not only will you get your one free ticket with a surprise amount of points, you can plan your grocery list based on specially chosen items in the weekly ad that get you extra points. For example, the first kick off week starting October 14, if you buy 20 cans of Libby’s vegetables for $10, you earn 100 points. You can then plan to chose (1) free item Loaf of Tops Bread, dozen of eggs, 1lb package of carrots, package of Birds Eye Frozen Vegetables or 1lb Tops Pasta or save them up for larger items such as Butter, Shrimp, Pepsi 24 pack and even a Turkey during limited times. NOTE: You must have your Tops Bonus Card with you to redeem your points and get your FREE items. While you can use your telephone number to access your bonus card to earn points, this will not be sufficient to cash your pints in. This is to ensure the proper household is cashing in the correct points and for security measures.

How do I get Gold Anniversary Points?
Shop at any TOPS Friendly Market with your TOPS BonusPlus^SM and you’ll receive a Peel & Reveal ticket with a surprise amount of Gold Anniversary Points each time you check out. To get the points added to your account, have your cashier scan your Gold Anniversary ticket along with your TOPS BonusPlus.

How do I get BONUS Gold Anniversary Points?
When you purchase select items marked with signage throughout the store, 5 Bonus
Gold Anniversary Points will automatically be added to your TOPS BonusPlus^SM
account for each item you purchase.

How do I enter for a chance to win free groceries for a year?
Every time you turn in a Gold Anniversary ticket to add Gold Anniversary Points to your account, you’ll be automatically entered into that week’s drawing of FREE GROCERIES FOR A YEAR! Will you be one of our twelve weekly winners? Cash in your Gold Anniversary Points often to have the most chances to win!

How do I add my Gold Anniversary Points to my TOPS BonusPlus account?
Bring your ticket to any TOPS location and your cashier will scan your ticket at checkout to deposit the Gold Anniversary Points into your TOPS BonusPlus account. Gold Anniversary Points must be deposited into your BonusPlus account in order to be redeemed for free groceries.

How do I redeem my Gold Anniversary Points for Free Groceries?
Select the items for which you will be redeeming points and include them in your shopping order. When checking out, let your cashier know when you are redeeming your Gold Anniversary points for to receive those items free.  The cashier will then use your accumulated points to zero out the item on your receipt.  Please remember to bring your TOPS BonusPlus card with you when redeeming for free groceries – the cashier will need your card to complete the transaction.

Can I enter my phone number at checkout, instead of presenting my TOPS BonusPlus card?
You will be able to ADD Gold Anniversary Points to your TOPS BonusPlus by using your phone number at checkout; however, when it comes time to cash in your Gold Anniversary Points and redeem for free groceries please remember to bring your card with you.  For the protection of your points, TOPS requires our customers to have their TOPS BonusPlus card when redeeming to ensure that the rewards are being redeemed by the proper person.

I thought I had more (or fewer) Gold Anniversary Points than what is currently showing in my account, why do they appear incorrect?
For your family’s convenience TOPS automatically links all cards in your household so you are able to receive more points faster – whenever anyone in your household shops you will receive Gold Anniversary Points.  If your current points balance seems lower than you thought, perhaps someone else in your family has already cashed in for free groceries.  Please contact TOPS Consumer Affairs at 1-800-522-2522 (Option 3) with any questions you may have pertaining to your current points balance.

Are there any purchases that do not qualify for receiving a Peel & Reveal ticket?
Yes, by law Peel & Reveal tickets cannot be issued for transactions that consist solely of alcohol, tobacco, state or federally funded pharmacy prescriptions, and, in PA only, milk / certain milk related products.  Gift card only purchases, gas station / convenience store purchases, office services and purchases made at an in-store Tim Hortons franchise location are also excluded from earning Peel & Reveal tickets.

Do I have to redeem all my Gold Anniversary Points at the same time?
No.  Points that exceed the total required to receive the item(s) you have elected for free shall remain in your TOPS BonusPlus account and can be redeemed at a later time.

Can I redeem Gold Anniversary Points on more than one item in a single order?
Yes, as long as your TOPS BonusPlus account contains the total number of points required to qualify for those items.

When is the last day I can redeem my Gold Anniversary Points?
Saturday, December 29^th is the last day to receive Gold Anniversary Points. However, you will be able to redeem your Gold Anniversary Points for free groceries through January 5^th, 2013.

Can I still earn and redeem my TOPS GasPoints?
Yes. You will still be able to earn and redeem TOPS.  You will receive surprise Gold Anniversary Points at the same time you are earning TOPS GasPoints.  What could be better than free groceries AND big discounts on gas?
