I wanted to share this special picture of our Christmas tree as its our first one in our new house 🙂
My 90 year old grandmother commented last night on how many hours of time went into all of the ornaments on the tree. Her and my great grandmother made 90% of them and as I am sitting here I am thankful that I decided a long time ago not to have one ornament on our tree that was not handmade by family or friends.
Her comment and smile keep coming back into my mind as if she was reflecting on her life and it makes me smile as these ornaments will be passed down to my children and hopefully their children for years to come!
