I actually double this recipe and make with 4-5lb packages of ground beef when on sale in a Ground Beef Meal Deal at Tops Markets. Depending on the size of the beef package, you can get up to 14 peppers and then freeze half for another dinner!!

To serve this dinner to a family that does not all like peppers, the filling makes for great tacos/burritos!! I always try to keep some on the side for my more picky eaters!!!

Cooking Accessories

My Corningware size dish I have had forever fits seven of these large peppers perfectly. My dish also has a glass lid to make heating through quicker. You can find this 4L Corningware dish here. I have had mine for over 20 years and well worth the money!!!
