Here is Tops Market Coupon Policy.

- Only one Manufacturer’s coupons or (1) Click to card Coupon can be used. Ex. you cannot pair an insert coupon with the click to card coupon
TOPS does not guarantee in stock conditions on products for manufacturer paper coupons, Click-to-Card coupons, paper internet coupons or $1 Coupon Doublers. Rain Checks will not be issued for any manufacturers’ coupon, Click-to-Card Coupon or $1 Coupon Doubler.
-  TOPS limits $1 Coupon Doublers to four (4) $1.00 manufacturers’ paper coupons, per household per week, paired with a TOPS $1 Coupon Doubler redeemable during the current offer period only
-  manufacturers’ paper coupons limited to 10 coupons/100 TOPS GasPoints® per household, per day

I am wondering how they will monitor the $1 Coupon Doublers to be limited to be 4 used per week. In the past I have also been able to do multiple transactions using 10 manufacturer coupons each time and was able to receive more than 100 Gas points.

It will be interesting to see how the changes will impact our ability to save!

Tops Markets New Coupon Policy

Thank you for visiting! Make sure to get the Free Favado Grocery List App here and sign up for Daily Coupons, Freebies and Deals here to start saving on everyday expenses immediately!

Tops has issued a new coupon policy. The major changes are
–only one manufacturer coupon on a B1G1 purchase. Previously you were able to use 2 coupons on B1G1 products giving you greater savings
–Tops will not accept an internet coupon for a Buy One Get One Free item.

These changes are not for the good for shoppers using coupons. Tops shoppers are not happy with the new changes to the coupon policy, especially on the B1G1 Free internet coupon.

We will see what the future brings. Tops has been inconsistent with publishing their coupon policy and do not know if this policy will stick. Time will tell!!

Info on Tops Coupon Policy – B1G1 free internet coupons

Thank you for visiting! Make sure to get the Free Favado Grocery List App here and sign up for Daily Coupons, Freebies and Deals here to start saving on everyday expenses immediately!

I have had numerous inquiries regarding Tops acceptance of coupons. Tops WILL NOT accept coupons for FREE items or coupons valued over $5 if printed from the internet because of fraud purposes. They will however accept B1G1 free coupons printed from the internet!!. Here is what I received from my inquiry to Tops:

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Our customers’ comments and feedback are very important to us, and we do appreciate the opportunity to respond.
Tops does except the Buy One Get One coupons as long as there has not been an alert or market withdrawal from the manufacturer. The same policies do apply that the coupon cannot be for more than $5. Also, the store does have the right to refuse the coupon if they believe it is counterfeit.
Again, thank you for contacting us. We value your loyalty and look forward to continuing to serve your shopping needs.
Sincerely,

Tops Coupon Policy updated 1/17/11

Thank you for visiting! Make sure to get the Free Favado Grocery List App here and sign up for Daily Coupons, Freebies and Deals here to start saving on everyday expenses immediately!

Tops Markets no longer has their formal coupon policy located on their website. I sent an email requesting the newest updated policy and here is what I received:

Thank you for taking the time to contact us.  Our customers’ comments and feedback are very important to us, and we do appreciate the opportunity to respond.

Here is a copy of our coupon policy.

Customers can present both manufacturer and Tops Store coupons for
merchandise purchased.  The cashier can redeem these coupons under the
following conditions.
· The customer must present a Tops BonusCard (if a BonusCard is not presented, certain redemption limitations will apply)
· The customer must purchase the item(s) to which the coupon applies
· The coupons must not be expired
· Manufacturer’s coupons must contain Retailer instructions
· The value of the coupon can not exceed the price of the item

A Tops store coupon and a manufacturer’s coupon may be redeemed on the same item.  If the combined value of the two (2) coupons exceeds the price of the item, the item is free.  The manufacturer’s coupon must be deducted from the order first and the Tops store coupon amount will be adjusted so that the coupon value does not exceed the price of the item.

· In order for a manufacturer’s coupon to be doubled or to receive targeted special
offers, the customer’s BonusCard must be scanned during the transaction.
· The customer is responsible for the total sales tax on the order before
manufacturer’s coupons are deducted from the order.
· Manufacturer’s coupons will reduce the food stamp total for eligible items.
· State tax will be collected on any part of a food stamp order that is paid with a
tender other than food stamps or reduced with coupons

Tops Markets will double the value of Manufacturer’s Coupons up to the limit that is set by the Advertising Department.  All coupons with a face value higher than the set limit will be redeemed at face value.  In order to receive double coupon savings, the customer’s BonusCard must be scanned in the beginning of the order.

The Double Coupon Policy does not apply to FREE coupons, Catalina coupons,

Store Coupons or any other retailers (competitors) coupons, or coupons that state

“Do Not Double”.

Cigarettes, milk, alcohol, and other certain items are excluded by law and vary

by State.

Coupons that are not to be doubled are coupons for:

· Tobacco products
· Milk (PA Only)

· Alcoholic beverages

· Lottery tickets

· Catalina coupons

· In Store demo coupons

· Coupons marked “Do Not Double”

The total doubled value cannot exceed the price of the item.

Double Coupon Limits:

99 Cent Limit

Example: A 99 cent coupon will be doubled to $1.98.

All coupons with a face value of $1.00 or more will be redeemed for the

face value only.

Only four of the same coupon will be doubled per customer, per day.  All

other coupons will be redeemed at face value.

Example: A customer has 12 coupons for Hi-C Punch and purchases

12 cans, 4 coupons will be doubled, 8 will be redeemed at face value.

Internet Coupons

· Tops Markets does accept internet coupons from legitimate coupon websites for

products purchased at our Stores.

· Internet coupons will not be accepted for free products or discounts greater than

five dollars ($5.00).

· Tops Markets reserves the right to refuse any internet coupon based on

manufacturer’s request to withdrawal, counterfeiting, or limit quantities.

Any questions, please do not hesitate to call us for more information.

Again, thank you for contacting us.  We value your loyalty and look forward to continuing to serve your shopping needs.

Sincerely,
Jackie

  • The double or face value of a coupon may NOT exceed the retail price.
  • One manufacturers’ coupon and Shoppers Club discount or store coupon may be redeemed on the same item.  The combination of a manufacturers’ coupon and a Shoppers Club discount/store coupon may not exceed the retail price.
  • One manufacturers’ coupon may be redeemed for each Club Pack product.
  • We cannot give you a raincheck for manufacturers’ coupons.
  • We do not accept manufacturers’ coupons for free products downloaded from the Internet (where the word FREE appears on the coupon).

Walgreen’s Coupon Policy

Thank you for visiting! Make sure to get the Free Favado Grocery List App here and sign up for Daily Coupons, Freebies and Deals here to start saving on everyday expenses immediately!

Unfortunately, Walgreen’s does not have a formal coupon policy printed on their website. Ultimately, it is under the store manager’s jurisdiction to decide what can be used and what cannot be used.

Here is what the managers can print off their computer regarding the coupon policy:
Walgreens Roto Ad Coupons, Instant Value Coupons (IVC), and a
manufacturer’s coupon can be used towards the purchase of any oneitem. “One coupon per purchase” means one coupon must be tendered for each PIECE sold.

Here is some information gathered on Walgreen’s Coupon Policy from a member at A Full Cup:

Coupon FAQ’s
Use the information below to ensure that your store is following the
appropriate policy when accepting both Walgreens and manufacturer
coupons.

Can a customer use both a Manufacturer’s coupon and Walgreens coupon
for the same item in a purchase?

One Walgreen and one manufacturer coupon can be used for the same
item, unless either coupon prohibits such use.
Walgreens Roto Ad Coupons (in ad coupon), Instant Value Coupons (IVC), and a manufacturer’s coupon can be used towards the purchase of any one item. “One coupon per purchase” means one coupon must be tendered for each PIECE sold.

What happens if the Manufacturer coupon’s value is more than the retail value?
Walgreens does not provide cash back if a coupon is presented for more
than the purchase value of the item (e.g., the customer is using the
coupon to purchase a clearance item). If the retail of the item is less than the face value of the coupon:
the coupon value shall be the retail value if the state requires taxes
to be paid on that item,
the coupon value shall be the retail value plus taxes if the state
does not require taxes to be paid on the item.

Can a customer use a coupon after a sale has been made?
All valid coupons must be presented to the cashier at the time of sale
only!

If there is no quantity limit on a Walgreens coupon can a manager impose his/her own limit?
Yes, managers have the right to limit the quantities of all advertised
items.

Does Walgreens price match or accept coupons from other retailers?
Walgreens does not price match with other retailer.
Walgreens does not accept coupons from other retailers or coupons for
products not carried in our stores.
Walgreens does not accept expired coupons.

A customer purchased an item using a manufacturer’s coupon and wants to return it. At what price do we return the item?
If an item purchased with a manufacturer’s coupon is returned, the
customer will get the retail price of the item. If the customer
purchased an item with a Walgreens coupon, the customer receives the
price paid.
Example 1: If the retail price for an item is $1.49 and the
manufacturers coupon was 25¢ off, the refund amount would be $1.49
plus tax.
Example 2: If the retail price for an item is $1.49 and the Walgreens
coupon was 25¢ off, the refund amount would be $1.24 plus tax.

Stores are not required to keep Roto ad coupons. What about Instant Value Coupons?
For Instant Value Coupons, stores receive credit from the manufacturer
ONLY if the coupon is scanned. Once an IVC coupon has been scanned and the transaction is finished, you can discard the coupon.

A customer had a coupon with no limit on it and is trying to buy an item that is “buy one get one free,” how many times are we allowed to scan a coupon for this purchase?

Only one coupon can be used when a customer is purchasing a Buy 1 Get
1 free item, because the customer is only purchasing one item.

Target Coupon Policyand Shopping Tips

Thank you for visiting! Make sure to get the Free Favado Grocery List App here and sign up for Daily Coupons, Freebies and Deals here to start saving on everyday expenses immediately!

Target is a great place to save money with coupons but you have to know some details on how to do it!! Start by getting familiar with their Corporate Coupon Policy and Price Matching Policy. Make sure to print both of these off and carry them with you whenever you shop at Target.

1)Target has in-store coupons that can be paired up with manufacturer coupons that can both be used on one item! You can print these coupons from the Target site .

2)When shopping at Target be on the look out for red clearance stickers, peelie and tearpad coupons, price cuts and other discounts! Target always has unadvertised price cuts and unadvertised Gift Card Deals. I always take my coupon binder with me to Target because you never know when you come across an unadvertised deal that could be free with coupons!!

3)Target has  promotions where they give Target Gift Cards when you purchases participating products! These gift card promotions may be weekly, monthly or an even longer extended amount of time. Some of these Gift Card Deals are advertised and some are not. Also, some promotions may be regional. You will get your Target gift card when checking out. The Cashier will be prompted by the register to give you a gift card. You won’t be able to use the gift card on that purchase, but you can use the gift card on future purchases.

4)As a warning, there have been some difficulties at some Target stores when using coupons because the cashier may not know their own policies. Do not be intimidated. If you carry the policy with you and purchase the right amount of items to use the coupons, you can save  A LOT of dollars at Target!
