Abbreviations

Here is a quick reference to abbreviations used on Coupons For Your Family and Printable Coupons For Free in regards to Sunday Coupon inserts:

P&G: Procter & Gamble Sunday insert

When I list the store deals and refer to a coupon from a Sunday insert, the information on where to find the coupon is in parentheses.
For example,(SS 12/14/08) would indicate that a coupon came from a SmartSource insert that was distributed in the 12/14/08 Sunday newspaper.

What does the "R" mean in (SS 06/19/11 R)? I have looked in Smart Source from 6/19/11 and can't find the coupon. I have had trouble finding other ones with the "R" as well. Thanks for your help! Dana

Hi Dana--

The R means it is a regional coupon and is not going to be in all inserts. We have started to do this so that readers know that it is regional!!
