I just received my fall edition. You would need to contact customer service at Kraft.com for any questions regarding your subscription.
When your magaine was free it was chocked full of coupons. Just received the latest issue and NOT ONE coupon! So now that I’m paying for it there are NO coupons at all! There were more coupons in my Hom and Garden magazine than the latest Food and Family. I’m not happy about it and will do all I can to purchase other brands when using your recipes!

Sent check after January 1, 2012, have not received magazine. Have seen new one on store

Seems my first attempt failed. Instead of saying Mail, how about e-mail?
The billing department needs help. I requested two gift subscriptions at Christmas time at $6.99 each. On 1/3/12 your company cashed my check for $13.98. Was this not the correct amount for the two subscriptions?
Will not be sending another check. Figure it out. Maybe I should have sent separate checks for $6.99 each, maybe it would not have been so confusing.

I’m retired from Oscar Mayer/Kraft Foods of 35 years.I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a subscription to the magazine,after working for the company all those years?? this is my 2nd time trying to contact you. Sincerely Sherry Weiss

The magazine only comes out quarterly. You would have to contact Kraft at http://www.Kraft.com regarding your subscription. I just post the deals on the magazine not actually sell it
